This guarantee was edited and became effective on November 17, 2007

To be eligible for the following guarantee, BUYER must take pup for a vet check within 3 BUSINESS DAYS of purchase or all guarantees are VOID. This guarantee IS NOT TRANSFERRABLE to anyone other than the original buyers. If pup has MAJOR problems during guarantee period, seller should be notified IMMEDIATELY. Seller is not responsible for any vet bills while pup is in BUYER'S possession. Seller gives 1 year guarantee against hereditary or congenital defects (guarantee ends when pup turns one year old). Buyer responsible for all expenses incurred in return of pup (or proof of death of pup). Proof of problem must be sent to Seller, and Buyer will get replacement pup of equal value when one becomes available. At that time, proof of up-to-date vet care (shots and other routine vet care) may also be required. Should puppy die from communicable disease (this does not include parasites or hypoglycemia) within 14 days of purchase and buyer promptly sought treatment by cerified veterinarian, and if said vet certifies in writing that the pup was thought to have been exposed to the disease prior to leaving our kennel, Buyer will get FULL refund of PURCHASE PRICE of puppy within 45 days of certification of death. Buyer must send certification (autopsy required only if vet is unsure of cause of death) to Seller within 4 weeks of pup's death.

When we sell with full registration, there is never any guarantee that any pup sold by Seller will make a good breeder. But, if Buyer bought pup with full registration, we guarantee against undescended testicles. If testicles do not descend by six months of age, buyer may return pup for a replacement puppy of equal value when one becomes available.

If pup is being bought with limited registration, pup is to be spayed/neutered by six months of age and once proof of spay/neuter has been furnished to Seller, Buyer will receive registration papers which will be marked "limited".

Seller does not offer a Show Contract. If pup develops faults AFTER THE SALE that preclude it from the show ring or from breeding, Seller is not responsible.

Although we strive to assure our pups have very good temperaments, there is NO GUARANTEE on temperament after the sale of the pup. There is no guarantee against stress, hypoglycemia, or parasites after the sale. These factors are not under Seller's control.
